Right Time to Buy Utah Jazz Tickets

Is there a right time to buy Utah Jazz tickets? We like to think that there are plenty of seats available for each game. This means there is always an opportunity to get a better deal. We will share a couple of thoughts on when you should buy Utah Jazz tickets.

The Utah Jazz brings in a large attendance for each game. Depending on how the season is going you can expect a lot of seats to be sold out. It’s up to you and your budget to figure out which game you want to go to.

We suggest you start looking for tickets around two weeks before the game you want to see. This is around the time where ticket sellers will make a push to sell their seats. They will of course look for the most premium on their tickets but soon after demand will start to diminish. This doesn’t mean the prices of tickets will fall by a wide margin. This only means that there could be a drop in price.

Since there are so many games in a season you have an opportunity to be selective with the team the jazz face. If you look for games against highly watched teams you will most likely pay more. Look for games against teams that have smaller fan bases or aren’t as good. A game against the Oklahoma City Thunder could be worth checking out on a weekday to save.

We also suggest you look for games during the week. This is a great way to save money versus games that occur on the weekend. There is always a price markup on tickets for a Friday night or Saturday night game.

Finding a Seat at Vivint Arena

We consider finding a great see the most important part of going to a game. Without a premier-level seat, we feel like the experience will not be as good. Consider your budget first, but make sure you think about which kind of memory you will have when the game is over. We list a few seating options for you at the Vivint Arena.

Lower Level – The lower level is considered the best section to sit in at an NBA basketball game. This gives you access to great views and sounds of the court. If you would like to sit behind the Utah bench look for section 6. If you desire to sit behind the opposing team look for section 8. Also, you may want to consider sitting near the team tunnels which are in sections 4 and 5 as well as sections 10 and 11.

Upper Level – We will say it over and over again here at tickets to, the upper level should be avoided if possible. Although you will have a ticket into the game we don’t feel like the experience will be that great. Being so far away from the court makes it really difficult to watch. Try to spend the extra few bucks on getting a lower level or other seating.

Luxury Suites – When it comes to style, a luxury box is a way to go. You will have access to an assigned suite attendant, catered food and beverages, VIP parking, and plenty of other lounge-type things in your box. This is a fun and exciting way to watch a game

Courtside Seats – The courtside seats have really come up in price. These are the coolest seats in the house. You will pay a heavy price to sit on the court and watch your favorite players play basketball. Make sure you have the correct budget for the seats and continue to watch if the price fluctuates closer to the game.

Club Level – There are plenty of club-level seats around the arena. These are considered some of the best seats to watch a Utah Jazz game. You have access to VIP parking potentially, all-inclusive food beer, and soft drink options, large-screen TVs, and smaller lines to the bathroom. If you can afford a club-level seat consider these ahead of anything else.

Parking Around the Arena

There are plenty of parking lots surrounding the arena. It’s not the most ideal setup, but as long as you pay for your parking pass ahead of time you shouldn’t have any problems. Consider looking for a parking pass on sites like SeatGeek and StubHub for cheaper deals before the game.

Some Ticket Purchase Options

Before you make your purchase for the Utah Jazz game there are some things you need to consider. There isn’t just one way to purchase your tickets. In fact, there are several ways you can save money over the long run. We will discuss these below.

Season Tickets – Although season tickets can be very overwhelming to think about, this could be a great way to buy tickets. If you plan on going to more than a couple of games a season you should consider season tickets. On the games, you don’t plan to attend you can sell the tickets at a premium price during a winning season. Although you would have to manage this project there is a way of making money by the end of the year. There are no guarantees so make sure you take everything into consideration.

Single-game Tickets – Most likely you will be purchasing tickets for one game. There is nothing wrong with this method but consider prices to be a little bit more expensive.

Group Tickets – Most NBA teams will provide group tickets for the season. It will most likely consist of 2 to 8 games on the year. These games will vary from week to week and month to month. You will most likely not be able to select the games you want to go see. You could end up with four-week day games and one weekend game. Make sure you do your research if you plan to go this route.

Last Minute Tickets – In the past 10 years this has become one of the many methods people have been using to save money on purchasing tickets. You can literally walk up to the arena without a ticket and purchase it from your phone. You can save a lot of money from those who are unable to attend the event or were just unable to sell their tickets. This is a much riskier method since there’s no guarantee that you’ll get in.

Looking for a Restaurant

If you don’t want your meal to be from an NBA arena, you do have options outside to check out. Listed below are a couple of places that have decent reviews and are worth trying.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar – This is a high-end steakhouse providing some great meal options. This is a nice location to take a date before or after the game. You have excellent service but remember it will carry a big price tag. Make a reservation.

Tucanos Brazilian Grill – This is a regional-priced location offering Brazilian-style food. You have a great atmosphere and excellent service. Enjoy some steaks, chicken, and other fun items.
