The Toronto Raptors are one of the newer teams in the NBA, but that hasn’t influenced their level of success. In a league where the older more established teams have the better seasons, the Raptors have become one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference. Tickets to Toronto Raptors games are always exciting gifts, especially when the team is in the postseason. If you’re going to be in Toronto, or if you’ll be in another city that the Raptors are playing in, grabbing a few tickets for you and your friends will be a very welcome thing. When the team is hot, like they have been the last few years, tickets can be tough to get, and sites like SeatGeek are often the only way to get good seats and reasonable prices.

The Raptors were founded in 1995, and have won their division four times. The team hasn’t yet won an NBA Championship, but they have shown that they can compete with the best in all of basketball. They did struggle for their first few years as a franchise, but this is something that was unavoidable. In 2007, they won their division for the first time, and they’ve been very successful since then. The team is in a tough conference, facing the Cleveland Cavaliers often. They have fielded a number of NBA greats like Vince Carter and Hakeen Olajuwon. There are a handful of players on the team now with All Star talent who stand a chance of maybe being elected to the Hall of Fame someday. Only time will be able to determine this.

The Raptors were the first NBA team to be based out of Canada since the Toronto Huskies left in 1947. When they returned in the mid-90s, there was a little skepticism that a pro team could gain fans in Canada, but time has since proved those concerns wrong. The Toronto Raptors quickly became a huge hit thanks to their cool dinosaur mascot and the team’s prolonged success. Tickets to Toronto Raptors have long been hot items in Canada and for those in the U.S. that live close to this area.
