Mayer found critical acclaim with his first album Room For Squares contained the hits “No Such Thing,” “Your Body Is a Wonderland,” and “Why Georgia” and catapulted the young Mayer into international fame.
Mayer tours his latest offering, The Search for Everything: Wave Two, stopping off for what should be a memorable night in Houston.
Rod Stewart and Cyndi Lauper in Sugar Land – August 12, The Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land
Legendary British pop star Rod Stewart is joined by popular 80’s vocalist Cyndi Lauper for a night of songs and music at The Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land. Stewart will be performing hits from a back catalog which stretches back over five decades. This one is not to be missed for any fans of the “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” singer.
Mary J. Blige: Strength of a Woman Tour in Sugar Land – August 25, The Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land
Influential R&B and Soulster Mary J. Blige takes her legendary voice to Sugar Land on August 25. The “No More Drama” vocalist has consistently been cited as one of the truly great voices of the past few decades and will no doubt put on another incredible performance at The Smart Financial Center at Sugar Land.
