Best Seats in Dick’s Sporting Goods Park (DSG Park)

Dick’s Sporting Goods Park (DSG Park) is the third home for the Rapids since joining MLS and is one of the first waves of soccer-specific stadiums built in the United States. At a capacity of just over 18,000 and located in Commerce City, Colorado, just outside of Denver, DSG Park offers a wonderful atmosphere for family entertainment. Sitting 5,200 ft above sea level the field is the highest in MLS and has featured many memorable snow matches. The grounds have been home to both the US Men’s and Women’s National Teams and international matches. DSG Park is designed with dedicated parking and nearby facilities to make this stadium welcoming and easy to access.

At just over 18,000 seats, every ticket comes with a great view of the pitch. However, the Rapids offer four options if you are looking for additional benefits while attending a match. The Summit Club features an open bar and all-include menu, with access to take pictures pitch sides, talk to club executives and meet the player-voted Man of the Match after the game. Suites, Terrace Club Boxes, and Field Side Seats are also available with food and beverage benefits while sitting either right next to the action or in added comfort. The fan club sits in sections 117 and 108. Secure the tickets to make the perfect experience on your next visit to see Colorado Rapids.

When we look at the Rapids seating chart you can see those little sections near the bottom, 104F-109F, these are the field-level seats we mentioned above. Like a courtside seat in basketball. The opposite side of the supporter section or the Terrace has some decent sections in 117 and 118. Ticket prices are fair here. Anything in the midfield level will be good as well. Try to spend a little more and move down some rows.

Details About the Rapids

The Colorado Rapids are one of the charter franchises in MLS, helping form the league in 1996. The club failed to take home the MLS Cup in 1997 but returned in 2010 to lift their first league championship. However, local fans care nearly as much for the Rocky Mountain Cup, which they battle for against their top rival Real Salt Lake. The Rapids are owned by Kroenke Sports, which has an impressive list of fellow sports teams joining their ranks – Arsenal (EPL), the Los Angeles Rams (NFL), Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL), and more. Colorado’s burgundy and sky-blue colors fit perfectly with its mile-high stadium, scenic mountain views, and natural surroundings.
