The Milwaukee Brewers are a favorite in Wisconsin and beyond. The Brew Crew, as they’re often called, has a large fan base, and tickets to Milwaukee Brewers games always have large crowds. Since their first Major League Baseball game, they’ve see a lot of ups and down, but they have a loyal audience, and it keeps getting larger. Right now, the Brewers are one of the more successful teams in the National League, and they have several great players on their way to stardom. The next time you and your family find yourself in the Milwaukee area, stopping in to see a game will be a crowd pleaser for people of all ages. America’s favorite pastime is alive and well in Milwaukee, and the Brewers are a lot of fun to watch.

The Brewers were founded in 1969 as the Seattle Pilots, but only stayed in the state of Washington for one year. They moved to Milwaukee and became the Brewers in 1970. Originally, they were an American League expansion team, but since 1998, they have been members of the National League. Although they have never won the World Series, they have played in the Championship once (1982) where they lost to the St. Louis Cardinals, and they’ve been to the playoffs numerous times. A handful of Hall of Fame players have spent time on this team, most notably Paul Molitor and Robin Yount, both of whom are wearing the Brewers cap on their plaque.

The Brewers play all of their home games at Miller Park. This stadium first housed the Brewers in 2001, and it’s a gorgeous, futuristic looking stadium. It is a huge improvement from their past stadium, Milwaukee County Stadium. Sponsored by the Miller Brewing Company until at least 2020, this is one of the most attractive, innovative sports stadiums you will ever see. Located right in the city of Milwaukee, tickets to Milwaukee Brewers games are always fun, and having such a nice stadium definitely helps to boost attendance. If you’ve never been here, you owe it to yourself and your family to catch a game or two.
